Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy:

• To cancel your lessons for the following term, you must provide notice via email.
• Please note that cancellation will be considered as a full-term commitment. No refunds will be provided for missed classes, except in the case where the school or staff must postpone due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Instrument Loan Agreement:

• Instruments and accessories, including but not limited to Guitar, Ukulele, Recorder, Violin, Trumpet, Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute, Viola, Cello, Drum practice pads, and Drumsticks, are provided on loan, free of charge.
• The student is responsible for the care and maintenance of these instruments. Any damage caused beyond normal wear and tear must be replaced or paid for by the student.

3. Return of Loaned Instruments:

• Should the student decide to discontinue lessons, the loaned instrument must be returned in the same condition as it was provided. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the student.
